February/March/April Friday Night Events

There has been a few changes to the original schedule that was sent out. Here is the update version

Feb 6-7 - Lock In 8pm-10am -sleepover-free
Feb 13- Rangers Game 6:30pm leave the church - tickets have been purchased
Feb 20 - Glow in the Dark -7-10pm free
Feb 27 - SERVE at Parents Night Out 6:30pm

March 6-7- Emmanuel Conference $8 for the weekend- includes lunch
March 13- Girls/Guys Night
March 20 - No IGNITE - March Break Camp is running that whole week that we would LOVE your help with
March 28 (SAT) - Maple Syrup Festival - Fundraiser for Summer Trips. We will be parking cars

April 3 - No IGNITE - Good Friday
April 10 - Laser Quest
April 17 - Serve at Breakaway (no evening youth)
April 24 - TBD

Sunday Morning Verses

as students we get together on sunday morning @ 9:30am and go through the bible together. (at the youth house, grade 7-12)

Fri Feb 20 & Sat Feb 21 –Conference @ Emmanuel. This is a church wide conference open to anyone. This will be our Friday night event for this week. We strongly encourage all students to attend this conference. More details to follow.

1)    IGNITE CAFÉ is open every Tuesday and Thursday for EDSS Students. The free food day will be on Thursday January 22.

2)    Invite friends! Anyone Gr 6-12 is welcome to come out to any of the programs we offer.

NEW YEAR NEW UPDATES

hi - its maddie here!

just wanted to take some time and let you know about the updates that are happening in 2015.

1) we are posting the verses your suppose to study/read over for Sunday morning. our discussions are so awesome we want to focus on them and not spend the majority of the time reading the text together.

2) we are renovating! no longer is the youth house "just the lower portion" its going to be the entire house!!! Yay!! we have started painting upstairs and will give it a mini face lift. we are really excited about this…we should be finished by the end of January

3) IGNITE CAFE - its been going better than we thought. these renovations will also help with the ignite cafe and getting more students in. the cafe will still be open every Tuesday & Thursday but that is a big "for now…" we have high hopes and God dreams of what this cafe can be for high school students and middle school too

4) This WEBSITE - check back often and bookmark this page. we are going to be adding a lot of content here and giving this web page a mini face lift too. we will have devotions, better updates on info, maybe even some videos or online bible study… these changes will be put into effect soon

5) "Don't fix what isn't broken" - we have loved and seen growth in you from our Wednesday night bible study and built great relationships through Friday nights. We will  keep this all the same and tweak stuff as need too.
