Sunday September 21 - 4:12 Electives - Grade 7-12 - @ the youth house @ 9:30 - snacks are provided!

Wednesday September 24 - 6:15pm downstairs basement of the main church building to be an Awana listener (help serve in some way) 7:00pm bible study @ youth house (Grade 6-12)

PARENTS NIGHT OUT + HANGOUT

Parents Night Out is a way for parents to drop off their kids for some free babysitting and enjoy an evening out together. So often parents have a hard time getting out and having a date night but Emmanuel wants to give them that opportunity. IGNITE is serving the parents and children on Friday night. Afterwards (depending on number of kids too) we will hangout in the youth house and play video games/board games. This is an incredible opportunity to be Jesus to the people in our church and community and IGNITE is excited to see you there!!!

Sunday, Wednesday and Friday

Just a reminder that this coming week is Emmanuel's kick off week - aka everything in the church starts up again! 

Mark and I are so excited and anxiously anticipating this mini launch of ignite. Here are a few reminders/dates for you to keep in mind.

Sunday September 14 @ 9:30am @ the youth house (main floor level) : 4:12 electives begin (sunday school) for students Grade 7-12 (grade 6's will do D4Y with Jenn but will be with us Wednesdays and Fridays!)

- We will be studying the bible chronologically in this time and are really stoked to hang out as a youth group

Wednesday September 17 @ 6:20 @ the youth house: we will be meeting for bible study every Wednesday till 8. This bible study is completely different from Sunday mornings so we encourage you to come out and bring friends too. Anyone grade 6-12 is  more then welcome. *we are also thinking about serving in Awana this year too- we will chat about this more on Wednesday:)

Friday September 19 @ 7pm - meet @ the youth house: AMAZING RACE - This event is free and one you do not want to miss out on! Pick up is anytime after 9:30 at the youth house. Grade 6-12.

It's going to be epic- invite anyone and everyone as you'll be in teams running around Elmira!

Hey September

I hope your summer was amazing (& I hope to hear about it sometime) but boy am I ready for September…

the number one reason that I'm so stoked is to launch this new chapter of student ministries at Emmanuel. 

I have no idea what God is going to do through Emmanuel this fall but I know it is going to be incredible and I want to be apart of what God is doing.

So here's the deal - this website/blog is your main hub. Everything and anything you need to know about ignite will be posted on this blog. so check it often:) plus its a sweet way to just send the link to your friends so everyone is on the same page. we get it- your lives are hectic and super busy so we want to make it easy for you. & if you're still into email please subscribe on the right hand side of the website ----> (or get your parents too!) that way every time we post you'll get an email.

OKAY - enough typing!
